Virginia League for Planned Parenthood seeks a Full-time Telehealth Program Manager to join our team. Under the SVP of Patient Care Operations, the Telehealth Program Manager leads the Telehealth services, builds a high-functioning team, and identifies opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates have health-care experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage remote staff and provider schedules.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in a health care environment.
• Experience developing and managing provider schedules.
• Excellent administrative skills including document preparation and data management.
• Ability to work remotely and manage remote and in-office staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor telehealth business results and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collect and report telehealth statistics on patient visits, services, and staffing.
• Ensure staff interactions are client-centered and culturally competent.
• Support staff in implementing agency and team initiatives and goals.
• Create and maintain provider schedules; assist with rescheduling or adding appointments.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new hires and manage performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer and Compliance Manager to ensure high-quality services.
