Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited institution (education verified).
• License to practice and dispense controlled substances.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Immunization certification if applicable.
• Preferred 3 years of experience; retail pharmacy and refill authorization experience.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for interactions, duplications, and appropriateness.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to optimize medication use.
• Ensure safe, appropriate, cost-effective therapies and accurate dispensing.
• Oversee timely preparation and delivery of medications across care areas.
• Complete regulatory training and maintain clear documentation.
• Participate in meetings and support pharmacy leadership initiatives.
