Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed pharmacist in the practicing state; controlled substances dispensed.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations; compliant.
• Strong communication, people and project management skills.
• Immunization certification if applicable to site needs.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for allergies, duplications, therapy needs and interactions.
• Ensure proper preparation, timely delivery, secure storage and workflow efficiency.
• Complete regulatory training; comply with laws, policies and SOPs.
• Proactively solve equipment, drug availability, staffing and patient-care issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
• Support pharmacy leadership directives and enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinic/hospital teams to maintain care standards.
