Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Clinical Operations Program Manager – Operating Model to lead design, build and integration of workflows within the clinical platform, aligning with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. You will drive enhancements across programs and manage cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations and Informatics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, engineering, business management or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
• Master’s Degree in related field is preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience is required
• Minimum of two (2) years of product or program management experience is required

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical programs through development, build, implementation and integration of workflows and system design
• Support development and management of clinical programs including data analysis and project plans
• Participate in continuous improvement of program management via PDSA cycles
• Monitor model impact requests, workflow, product and program performance
• Collaborate with Training and Auditing on new materials and system updates
• Coordinate with Clinical Systems Configuration to align design with build and reporting capabilities
• Assist with RFP responses and new business implementation activities
• Align process changes with metrics and reporting standards
• Engage with executives to ensure resources and alignment with business strategy
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders
• Represent clinical operating model in intake governance and prioritization
• Monitor outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform other duties as requested
