• Experience with process improvement, workflow design, program implementation, and change management.

• Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and use of data and performance metrics for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned clinical operations programs and teams, driving day-to-day execution and performance.
• Provide operational leadership for Behavioral Health programs, care coordination, referrals, and provider support.
• Design, implement, and manage workflows, procedures, and performance measures.
• Develop and mentor clinical and operational staff through coaching and accountability.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Leaders, Nursing, Medical Affairs, Operations, Product, and Tech.
• Apply data-driven analysis to identify risks, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish and monitor operational and clinical performance metrics and escalation paths.
• Lead change management for new programs, tech changes, and workflow redesigns.
