Job summary

Oasis Health Partners is seeking a visionary Head of Clinical Strategy and Program Operations to lead population health, clinical strategy, and scalable care programs for high-need populations in the United States. This remote role partners with clinical, product, and analytics teams to deliver measurable improvements in outcomes and cost of care.

• Deep understanding of Medicare, value-based care, and complex-care models.
• Experience building healthcare programs from concept to scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CCO to shape population health and total cost of care strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes while reducing medical expense.
• Determine interventions and capabilities to build, buy, or deliver through partners.
• Lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of scalable clinical programs.
• Translate priorities into actionable requirements for Product, Data, Analytics and Engineering.
• Build cross-functional relationships and communicate strategies to leadership.
