Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to oversee PODs, optimize daily operations, and ensure alignment with strategic goals for high-quality care and efficient delivery. You will lead process improvements, manage panels, and monitor performance metrics.

The role supports mostly remote work with limited travel in the local area, requiring strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration across clinical and central teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred.
• Experience with Model of Care and Care Management requirements, including CMS audit experience.
• Experience with mobile care delivery operations.
• Experience with managed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee POD operations and ensure daily workflow aligns with SCAN’s goals.
• Design and manage healthcare initiatives within PODs and optimize panel management.
• Monitor POD metrics and report to leadership for process improvements.
• Engage with APC Manager and Medical Director to review performance and coach teams.
• Perform in-person rounding in POD communities to ensure quality care and member satisfaction.
