Healthie is an AI-enabled, healthcare technology platform delivering clinically excellent care nationwide. The Clinical Operations Specialist role supports customers integrating Healthie’s clinical tech with E-Rx, E-labs and claims workflows while maintaining high service standards.

You will work remotely in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with ClinOps, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support, across multiple healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on implementation and customer support experience.
• SaaS company experience preferred; healthcare technology background a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation processes, onboarding tasks and ongoing support for clinical integrations.
• Serve as first-line technical support, replying quickly and accurately.
• Lead calls with customers and vendors; use Zoom for screen sharing to troubleshoot onboarding issues.
• Collaborate with ClinOps Program Manager to write processes, policies and documentation.
• Build cross-functional relationships to gather feedback and advocate product improvements.
