Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in life science or nursing qualification or relevant clinical/management experience.
• Substantial CRA-like experience in clinical research operations.
• Strong command of written and spoken English with local language as required.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical project teams on small to midsize studies with productivity targets and training inputs.
• Monitor study timelines, patient recruitment, retention, and data cleaning for project success.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and Parexel SOPs and guidelines.
• Assist audits and inspections and support study close-out activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project leaders across the life cycle.
