Job summary

Parexel is recruiting an experienced Project Leader or Senior Project Leader to drive global project delivery for Large Pharma partnerships. The role combines deep clinical research experience with client-focus to develop optimal solutions and ensure high-quality execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage study budgets and timelines, and uphold ICH GCP compliance while delivering value to clients across therapeutic areas including Oncology and related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Medical field or equivalent clinical PM experience.
• Advanced degree is desirable for progression within Parexel.
• Experience leading CRO clinical projects and managing Bid Defense activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for global partnerships with Parexel and clients.
• Develop and maintain formal project plans with milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Perform risk management and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure first-time quality and adherence to ICH GCP standards.
• Own client relationships and communicate project status and forecasts.
