Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Activation Leader (Study Start-Up Lead) to join our team working remotely. You will provide expert planning and oversight for clinical trial programs, drive on-time initiation of sites, and coordinate the study critical path across multiple studies and therapeutic areas.

You will lead activation activities from feasibility through activation, work with project management, site start-up teams, clients, and investigators, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Strong leadership in site activation and start-up processes
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GCP for clinical trials
• Experience coordinating with project management, sites, and sponsors
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and milestones in complex trials

Responsibilities

• Lead site activation planning and strategy for assigned studies
• Develop and manage the study critical path including regulatory and ethics submissions
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks across multiple studies
• Provide guidance within site activation teams and liaison with operations leadership
• Manage client communications and serve as SME for start-up activities
• Support proposals with activation expertise and best practices
• Implement standardized activation processes and drive quality initiatives
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Oversee TMF, eTMF, and trial systems to optimize workflows
• Ensure accurate documentation and suitable resource allocation
