Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs for dual-eligible populations.
- 3+ years of project leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage daily operations and staffing.
- Experience monitoring productivity and quality, and providing coaching support.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and workflow management for clinical programs.
- Coordinate staffing and monitor associate performance.
- Identify performance trends and address operational barriers.
- Provide coaching support and reinforce accountability among team members.
- Serve as a liaison with state partners and escalates issues as needed.
