Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead a telephonic Registered Nurse team in the Specialty Pharmacy Initial Clinical Engagement program. You will drive daily operations, ensure quality and compliance, and support onboarding and training to scale the program.

The role focuses on frontline leadership, productivity, and patient education, with an emphasis on accurate documentation and timely escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse license required.
• RN license must be in good standing.
• Must have an active unencumbered license in the state of residence.
• Compact license eligibility or holding additional single-state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance and workflow for telephonic Registered Nurses supporting the Specialty Pharmacy program.
• Provide real-time guidance on workflows, documentation, patient interactions, and operational processes.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, quality outcomes, service levels, and queue performance.
• Ensure shift readiness, system access, schedule adherence, and issue escalation.
• Support onboarding, nesting, coaching, and performance improvement activities.
