Sagility is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead a team of telephonic Registered Nurses supporting the Specialty Pharmacy Initial Clinical Engagement Program. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Minimum one year of leadership, mentoring, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, telephonic nursing, clinical operations, or care management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance and workflow for telephonic RN staff supporting the Specialty Pharmacy program.
• Provide real-time guidance on workflows, documentation, patient interactions, and escalation pathways.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, adherence, quality outcomes, and service levels.
• Ensure team readiness at shift start and issue escalation processes.
• Lead coaching, performance improvement plans, and action tracking for staff.
