Optain is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the provider network of optometrists and ophthalmologists across the United States. You will formalize policies, build a governance cadence, and create a capacity model that scales with demand, working with the Medical Director and VP of Operations.

Competenze

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, with 2+ years managing a network of contracted or affiliated clinicians.
• Has written clinical or operational policy that a physician leader signed, and maintained it afterward.
• Has run or materially contributed to a clinical quality, peer review, or provider performance program.

Mansioni

• Own the documentation governance for the provider network – ownership, versioning, review cadence, and sign-off.
• Design and run the grader quality program, including sampling, over-read and discordance review, turnaround accountability, and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain a capacity model by state, customer, and license coverage.
• Run the grader recruitment pipeline from sourcing through interview and recommendation, with Credentialing collaboration.
• Own intake, triage, and routing of customer and grader complaints, including urgent findings workflows.
