Job summary

Handspring Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Operations Associate to own the provider onboarding experience and lead new provider orientation, system setup, and training.

You’ll collaborate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Services, and Product to scale processes, improve workflows, and track onboarding metrics. This remote role requires US-based work authorization and aligns with Pacific Time business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical operations, ideally at early‑stage digital health
• Experience owning end‑to‑end processes and driving improvements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive cross‑functional projects
• Comfort writing process docs and training materials

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding experience for new providers from day one to first weeks of practice
• Serve as primary onboarding contact, answer questions, resolve issues quickly
• Lead orientation and training on clinical systems, scheduling, and provider portal
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure providers are ready to see patients on time
• Track progress, flag blockers, and manage credentialing to keep schedule on track
• Own and scale onboarding processes, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements
• Develop workflows, automation, self‑serve resources, or cohort training
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Services, and Product to implement changes
• Define and monitor onboarding metrics to guide decisions
• Create and improve training content and documentation
• Gather feedback to refine onboarding and training experience
• Provide cross‑functional support for providers and families
