Responsibilities

• Provide phone/email support for internal/external customers, with documentation using CRM.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in clinical laboratory practice while supporting Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay.
• Deliver excellent customer service to improve experience and satisfaction.
• Take timely action to troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Meet or exceed individual service level metrics to support business needs.
• Comply with pay and time & expense policies and RSOs.
