Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to act as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor questions into rigorous insights, evaluate site enrollment potential, and benchmark operational performance to strengthen proposals and inform decisions. This hands-on, client-facing role scopes analyses, presents findings directly to clients, and collaborates with BD, D&I delivery, and product teams to tailor data,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
• Experience in clinical research, trial intelligence, or healthcare data analytics is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical work across feasibility, site selection, and operational benchmarking.
• Present findings and defend methodology to clients and internal teams.
• Develop defensible recommendations to strengthen proposals and client decisions.
