Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to serve as a strategic analytics partner across commercial opportunities.

You will translate sponsor questions into data-driven insights, evaluate site targeting, and benchmark operational performance to strengthen proposals and client decisions. This hands-on, client-facing role requires hands-on analyses, collaboration with BD, D&I teams, product and SMEs, and the ability to present complex methods

Qualifications

5+ years in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data analytics.
Experience with sponsor/CRO pre-sale advisory and client-facing work.
Familiarity with trial data sources and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

Qualify client business and technical needs and scope analytics solutions.
Present findings in client meetings and defend methodology.
Lead site targeting analyses and benchmark operational performance.
Translate protocol requirements into enrolment models and timelines.
