WCG seeks a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to act as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process. You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous, data-driven insights, evaluating study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to strengthen proposals and client decisions.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role, running analyses such as site targeting, performance benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and enrolment feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required or related quantitative field.
• Advanced degree preferred (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD).
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial analytics, or healthcare data and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead feasibility, site selection, and enrollment analyses with sponsor/CRO teams.
• Present findings and defend methodology to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop defensible recommendations to strengthen proposals and client decision-making.
