Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based sales professional to provide clinical demonstrations of our medical devices across healthcare facilities in the United States. The role emphasizes pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale education to gain acceptance of our technology.

This position is 100% commission-based and offers bonus potential and benefits. You will travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time) and must convey complex clinical and financial benefits to physicians and administration.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years related medical device experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings.
• Excellent command of English with written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in endovascular/OR space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal presentations to Physicians and Administrators detailing clinical/financial benefits of devices.
• Evaluate new products or enhancements and provide feedback to Product Development/Marketing.
• Work with customers to introduce, promote, and increase usage of products.
• Assist with collection and dissemination of customer feedback.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; complete reports.
• Provide product support and education to users in-person or via in-service.
• Maintain knowledge of market developments and company products to act as SME.
• Develop and disseminate information to executives about customer acceptance during pre-sale.
