Job summary

Stryker seeks a field-based professional to conduct clinical demonstrations and education on company devices in pre-sale, implementation and post-sale contexts across healthcare facilities. You will present to physicians and administration and help drive product adoption.

Travel approximately 50% is required; compensation is commission-based with bonuses and benefits. Strong presentation, communication, and independent work skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum 4 years related medical device experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Maintain all Certifications and Vendor Credentials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate educational and presentation skills across settings.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong influential skills and followership.
• Interest in healthcare team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal presentations to Physicians and Administration detailing clinical/financial benefits of devices.
• Evaluate new products or enhancements and feedback to Product Development/Marketing.
• Work with customers to introduce and increase usage of products.
• Assist with collection and dissemination of customer feedback.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; complete reports.
• Provide product support and education to users in various formats.
• Continuously update knowledge of market developments and company products.
