Job summary

AMOpportunities is seeking a Clinical Education – Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator to build and expand our national clinical network by engaging physicians, PAs, NPs, and training sites. You will own a high-volume pipeline from initial outreach to onboarding readiness, leveraging HubSpot and other tools to drive measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, ownership, and collaboration, with remote work options and occasional office use in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, or related field.
• Experience meeting KPIs, quotas, or performance targets.
• Experience with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with provider credentialing processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand AMO's clinical network by identifying and recruiting clinical sites and providers.
• Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from outreach through onboarding readiness.
• Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage pipeline, document activities, and report health.
• Educate providers on the value of AMO partnerships and programs.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams to meet placement timelines.
• Maintain professional communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.
