Job summary

AMOpportunities is seeking a Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter to expand AMO's national clinical network by identifying and engaging physicians, PAs, NPs, and training sites. The role focuses on strategic outreach, relationship-building, and converting conversations into long-term partnerships.

This remote role requires independence, strong clinical education knowledge, and the ability to collaborate virtually with teammates to hit monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, or credentialing.
• Proven track record meeting KPIs or quotas.
• Experience recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations.
• Strong knowledge of credentialing processes (licensure, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA).
• CRM/bd pipelines; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional networks (LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Build and expand AMO's clinical network with physicians, PAs, NPs, and training sites.
• Own high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding readiness.
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline health and report on performance.
• Qualify partners with licensure, board certs, and credentialing requirements.
• Educate providers on the value of AMO partnerships.
• Collaborate across Partnerships and Operations to meet placement timelines.
• Negotiate stipends and collect necessary documentation for handoffs.
