Job summary

AMOpportunities is a leading provider of tech-enabled clinical training placements and workforce solutions. We are hiring a remote Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter to identify and develop partnerships with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations to support clinical education programs.

You will own a strategic recruitment pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable outcomes while maintaining a flexible work model.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, credentialing, or related healthcare field.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics.
  • Experience with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of credentialing processes including licensure, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA.
  • CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence and build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to learn and execute documented processes with independent judgment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand AMO's clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and training sites.
  • Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness.
  • Leverage HubSpot and other tools to manage outreach, pipeline health, and documentation.
  • Educate providers on the value of partnering with AMO to support clinical education.
  • Guide partners from outreach through onboarding following SOPs and maintaining accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams to meet partner needs.
  • Communicate professionally with external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up.

About the position:

The Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter is responsible forbuilding and expanding AMO's national clinical network byidentifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations that support clinical education programs.

This is a highly results-driven role designed for professionals who alreadypossessa strong foundationin clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, or credentialing and are motivated to make an immediate impact. While AMO provides training on our systems, processes, and platform, successful candidates bring industry knowledge, professional judgment, and the confidence to quicklyoperatewitha high levelof independence. This role is remote, but theClinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter is expected to collaborate with teammatesvirtually ona regular basis to ensure team goals are met and recruited leads successfully transition into active clinical training sites and preceptor partnerships. The company alsomaintainsan office in Chicago that theRecruitermayutilizeon an as-needed basis.

Success in this role is driven by thoughtful execution—not simply outreach volume. High performers know how to prioritize opportunities, build trusted relationships, and consistently convert conversations into long-term clinical partnerships that support AMO's continued growth.


While this position can be fully remote,we are looking for candidates to be residents ofAlabama,Florida,Illinois,Indiana,Kansas,Michigan,New York, Ohio, or Texas.

Essential Functions:
  • Build and expand AMO'sclinicalnetwork byidentifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, andclinicaltraining sites through strategic outreach utilizing email, phone, video, social media, and other communication channels
  • Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness, prioritizing opportunities effectively while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly performance expectations
  • Leverage HubSpot and othertechtools to build, prioritize, and manage a strategic outreach pipeline whilemaintainingaccuratedocumentation, reporting pipeline health, and using data to drive recruitment strategy
  • Apply working knowledge of provider types (MD, DO, PA, NP),clinicalspecialties, and credentialing requirements—including licensure, board certification,Nursys, NCCPA, and related verification processes—to efficiently qualify prospective partners
  • Educate physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare organizations on the value of partnering with AMO to support the next generation of healthcare professionals
  • Guide prospective partners frominitialoutreach through onboarding readiness while following documented SOPs,maintainingexceptional attention to detail, and exercising sound judgment to resolve issues independently
  • Negotiate educational stipends, collect required contractual and credentialing documentation, and ensure complete,accuratehandoffs to internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams to meet school partner needs and placement timelines
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with both external partners and internal stakeholders,leveragingprofessional networks such as LinkedIn, whileensuringtimelyfollow-up and exceptional customer experience
  • Identifyopportunities to improve recruitment strategies, outreach effectiveness, and internal processes whilemaintainingconsistency with established workflows

Skills, Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience inclinicaleducation, healthcare recruitment, provider relations,clinicalcoordination, credentialing, or a related healthcare fieldstronglypreferred
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceedingeitherKPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment, or deadlines in aclinicaleducation environment
  • Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/orhealthcare organizations preferred
  • Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, board certification,Nursys, NCCPA, and related healthcare documentation
  • Experience managing CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines; HubSpot experiencestronglypreferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals, navigate objections, and build long-term professional relationships.Comfortable withutilizingprofessional networks and social presence (LinkedIn) to generate opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and consistently execute documented processes while exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives, adapt to changing placement needs, andmaintainurgency without sacrificing accuracy
