AMOpportunities is a national leader in tech-enabled clinical training placements, partnering with universities and health systems to expand clinical education across disciplines.

The Clinical Education – Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator will build AMO's national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations that support clinical education programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, or credentialing.
• Proven success meeting KPIs in a goal-oriented environment.
• Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations.
• Experience managing CRM-based recruitment pipelines; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand AMO's clinical network through strategic outreach to providers and sites.
• Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness.
• Leverage HubSpot and other tools to prioritize and manage outreach while tracking pipeline health.
• Qualify prospective partners using licensure, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and credentialing requirements.
• Educate providers on the value of partnering with AMO.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet school partner needs and timelines.
