Job summary

AMOpportunities is seeking a Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter to build and expand a national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations. The role is remote with optional office usage in Chicago and requires strong clinical education and recruitment experience.

You will own a high-volume pipeline, leverage HubSpot, and work cross-functionally to convert conversations into long-term partnerships,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical education or healthcare recruitment.
• Experience with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations.
• Strong credentialing knowledge (licensure, board cert, Nursys, NCCPA).
• CRM/recruitment pipeline experience; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand AMO's clinical network through outreach to physicians, PAs, and NPs.
• Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding readiness.
• Use HubSpot to manage the outreach pipeline and maintain documentation.
• Educate providers on the value of partnering with AMO.
• Guide partners from outreach to onboarding readiness with SOPs.
