AMOpportunities is seeking a Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter to build and expand the national clinical network by engaging physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations to support clinical education programs.

This remote role requires strong healthcare recruitment experience, CRM proficiency, and strategic relationship-building to convert conversations into long-term partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or related healthcare field.
• Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations.
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA.

Responsabilités

• Build and expand AMO's clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and training sites.
• Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness.
• Utilize HubSpot and other tools to prioritize and manage outreach pipelines.
• Educate healthcare professionals on AMO partnerships and value proposition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet school partner needs and placement timelines.
• Drive outcomes with strategic outreach and relationship-building.
