Concentra is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to lead recruitment for Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) across the United States. The role partners with Hiring Managers to attract, hire, and retain top clinicians while building a strong candidate pipeline including PRN, part-time, and full-time roles.

This remote position requires extensive collaboration, travel as needed, and a commitment to high-quality candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and/or experience.
• In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa.
• Customarily has at least five or more years of experience in physician recruiting.
• The position requires travel to carry out the business of the company; access to reliable transportation is required.
• Experience recruiting in all 50 states, preferred.

• Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify facts and propose quality solutions.
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of stakeholders.
• Understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment (EEOC, OFCCP, etc.).
• General HR knowledge and understanding of recruiting metrics.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions, defining key position requirements.
• Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Develop talent pipelines through educational partnerships and professional organizations.
• Source, Recruit, and Pre-screen candidates for various contracts and permanent roles.
• Extend offers and finalize details for new hires.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
• Document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide weekly/monthly recruiting reports to Recruiting Lead.
• Audit job requisitions and candidate files; monitor applicant flow.
• Collaborate within HR to improve processes and participate in team initiatives.
