Job summary

AMOpportunities is seeking a Clinical Education – Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator to build and expand our national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations.

This remote role collaborates with teammates virtually to meet goals, with occasional in-person work at our Chicago office. Candidates should have a healthcare recruitment background and strong independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, or credentialing.
• Experience with physicians, PAs, and NPs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand AMO's clinical network through outreach to physicians, PAs, and NPs; recruit clinical sites.
• Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness.
• Leverage HubSpot and other tools to manage outreach and document pipeline health.
• Qualify prospective partners based on licensure, board certification, and credentialing requirements.
• Educate providers and healthcare organizations on AMO partnership value.
• Coordinate onboarding readiness and ensure accurate handoffs to internal teams.
