Job summary

Access TeleCare is recruiting a Remote Full-Time Clinical Dispatcher for the 2nd shift to join our Clinical Support team. You will remotely coordinate and assign emergency and routine consultations across multiple service lines, using our CCC and dispatch workflows.

The role requires strong communication, healthcare experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment. Training is provided, and the schedule includes Sundays through Thursdays with evenings ET.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in call center, healthcare, or IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools across OS.
• Ability to learn software quickly and work remotely.
• Comfort with on-call duties and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hospital staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely care.
• Manage incoming consultations across multiple service lines.
• Prioritize and assign emergency and routine consultations.
• Follow established protocols and test readiness of equipment.
• Monitor queues to meet SLA targets.
• Maintain professionalism with facilities, physicians, and colleagues.
• Work remotely with 2nd shift schedule and optional on-call.
