House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a team of BCBAs and shape how the organization operates. The role centers on building systems, improving clinical workflows, and driving business performance with accountability from day one.

You will oversee intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting while ensuring high clinical standards and compliant practices. This leadership position offers remote work flexibility and a clear path to higher-level leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing.
• Experience leading teams of BCBAs.
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows.
• Strong leadership and systems-building abilities.
• Ability to own intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team: mentor, support, and develop a team of BCBAs; maintain strong clinical standards; provide clinical decision support; ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Own the operation: oversee intake and onboarding for new clients; manage staffing and scheduling; support recruiting efforts for BCBAs & RBTs; identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Drive growth: collaborate with leadership on expansion into new areas; build scalable systems; track metrics like utilization, retention, and team performance.
