Qualifications

• This role requires prior hands-on experience as Clinical Director with teams of BCBAs.
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows is essential.
• Ability to lead, build systems, and manage intake, staffing, scheduling and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Team and mentor BCBAs.
• Maintain high clinical standards across all cases.
• Serve as a clinical decision-making resource and ensure compliance.
• Oversee intake, onboarding, staffing, and scheduling for clients.
• Support recruiting efforts for BCBAs and RBTs.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements in operations.
• Drive growth and scale systems to support expansion.
• Track metrics like utilization, retention, and team performance.
