Bio‑Rad Laboratories is seeking a Diagnostic System Specialist to install and train clients on clinical diagnostic products across customer sites in the U.S. You will manage IQ/OQ/PQ activities, develop validation protocols, analyze data and resolve issues to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires travel up to 80%, strong communication, and the ability to train staff at all levels. Remote work options are available with collaboration across Sales, Installation and Field Service teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Experience with bioanalytical techniques (HPLC) and enzymatic assays is an asset.
• Clinical diagnostic laboratory experience or company background.
• Experience designing, setting-up and optimizing assays in a clinical setting.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and train clients on clinical diagnostic products, covering operation, troubleshooting and result interpretation.
• Coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ activities and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develop validation protocols, analyze data and resolve technical issues.
• Create process documentation and conduct user trainings at varying staff levels.
• Travel to customer sites up to 80% and support medical correlation studies.
