Job summary

Radiometer seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist to train customers on Radiometer instruments across pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical operations. This remote role covers the Dallas, Texas region, and candidates must reside in or near Dallas.

Key duties include conducting sophisticated training workshops, answering questions about clinical operations, and supporting instrument installations and demonstrations with Sales and IT Solutions teams.

Qualifications

Provide training and education on Radiometer instruments across pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical operations.
Demonstrate strong clinical background and ability to translate complex concepts to customers.
Proven track record in training, education, or mentoring in hospital or research settings.

Responsibilities

Deliver sophisticated training workshops and ongoing education to Radiometer customers in the assigned region.
Respond to customer questions about clinical operations and ensure satisfaction through follow-up.
Collaborate on instrument installations and demonstrations with Sales and IT Solutions teams.
