Qualifications

• 3+ years of transferable field service experience servicing electro-mechanical equipment.
• An A.S. or B.S. in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or military equivalent).
• Ability to read and follow medium to highly complex work instructions.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on Bio-Rad instruments.
• Travel up to 5 days per week within the assigned territory for on-site service.
• Provide on-site support for hospitals and laboratories and document service activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
