Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories seeks a Diagnostic System Specialist to install and train clients on clinical diagnostic products, manage IQ/OQ/PQ activities, and develop validation protocols. The role includes coordinating with sales, customers, and the Installation Coordinator, plus data analysis and issue resolution to comply with regulatory requirements.

Travel up to 80% is required. The candidate will train staff at all levels, perform demonstrations, and contribute to studies linking instrumentation

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Travel flexibility with up to 80% travel.

Responsibilities

• Installations coordination with sales, customers, and Installation Coordinator.
• Lead IQ, OQ, and PQ activities for new product setups.
• Develop validation protocols and analyze data to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train customer staff and conduct user trainings for Bio-Rad instruments.
• Perform system demonstrations and testing at customer sites as needed.
• Identify trends and perform system/product failure analysis and escalation.
