Bio-Rad Laboratories seeks a Technical Support Specialist III to independently handle complex problems, triage escalations, and design diagnostic tests to isolate root causes. You will mentor staff, flag trends to Engineering, and contribute to training materials for upcoming launches.

You bring a BS in a technical field and 4+ years in lab/IT settings, with Unity, SQL Server, and TCP/IP experience. This role supports remote work nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in informatics, CS or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years in a lab, clinical or IT/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Unity, SQL Server, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Triage escalated Level I/II cases and design root-cause experiments.
• Mentor newer staff and flag trends to Engineering/PM.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Lead best practices and create tools for the team.
• Coordinate with third party manufacturers and regions.
