Solventum is seeking a Clinical Development Analyst to join the Health Information Systems team. You will develop inpatient and outpatient coding content and simulate client environments to validate product use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field with 4+ years inpatient coding experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years inpatient coding experience.
• AHIMA coding certification (RHIA/RHIT/CCS) required.
• Proficient with ICD-10-CM and PCS coding systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop inpatient and outpatient coding content for products.
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environment with product use.
• Add/validate content with variations in documentation terminology.
• Validate/test content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Utilize coding background to enhance client experience.
• Willing to work extra to complete assignments and meet deadlines.
• Deal with software concerns/problems with discretion and independent judgment.
• Offer alternative coding paths and keywords based on coding expertise.
