Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Analyst in Clinical Development to develop inpatient and outpatient coding content, simulate client environments, and validate documents to ensure accurate coding and documentation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher including (4) years of hospital inpatient coding experience in a private/public/government/military environment.
• AHIMA Coding Certification (e.g. RHIA, RHIT, CCS) required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop Inpatient and Outpatient coding content for Inpatient and Outpatient products.
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environment with product use.
• Add/validate content with variations in documentation terminology.
• Validate/test content for Inpatient and Outpatient products.
• Utilize coding background and knowledge to enhance client experience.
• Willing to work extra to complete assignments and meet deadlines.
• Deal with software concerns/problems using discretion and independent judgement.
• Offer alternative coding paths and keywords based on coding expertise.
