Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is seeking a Clinical Development Analyst to develop and validate inpatient/outpatient coding content. You will modify client records, validate terminology variations, and test content to ensure accuracy and usefulness for healthcare environments.

The role requires a strong background in ICD-10-CM and PCS coding, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with ICD-10-CM coding system.
• Proficiency with PCS coding system.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of trends in clinical management and health information systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop inpatient and outpatient coding content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environment with product use.
• Add/validate content with terminology variations.
• Validate/test content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Use coding knowledge to enhance client experience.
• Willing to work extra to meet deadlines.
• Handle software issues with discretion and independent judgment.
• Suggest alternative coding paths and keywords.
