This hands-on clinical analyst role develops methodologies like CRGs and Patient Focused Episodes to improve reimbursement and patient safety across diverse populations.

You will validate data, collaborate with Research, Product Owners and Development to translate clinical concepts into executable specifications, and

Formación

• Bachelor or applicable certifications in healthcare with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in outpatient claims processing, coding, or payor design.
• Proficient with ICD-10-CM/PCS, HCPCS/CPT and DRG.
• Strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain CRGs and Patient Focused Episodes methodologies.
• Validate and test healthcare data to evaluate methodology behavior.
• Collaborate with Research, Product Owners, and Dev teams to translate concepts into specifications.
• Document update summaries using C&ER standards.
• Support cross-functional integration of product concepts into software components.
