Solventum is seeking an Analyst Clinical Development to develop inpatient and outpatient coding content and to enhance client experiences. The role emphasizes coding accuracy, documentation variants, and timely delivery in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The candidate should have a strong inpatient coding background, AHIMA credentials, and proficiency with ICD-10-CM and PCS. Remote work within the United States is supported with some travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher including 4 years of hospital inpatient coding experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of hospital inpatient coding experience
• AHIMA Coding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) required or preferred

Mansioni

• Develop Inpatient and Outpatient coding content for Inpatient and Outpatient products
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environment with product use
• Add/validate content with variations in documentation terminology
• Validate/test content for Inpatient and Outpatient products
• Utilize coding background and knowledge to enhance client experience
• Willing to work extra to complete assignments and meet deadlines
• Deal with software concerns/problems using discretion and independent judgement
• Offer alternative coding paths and keywords based on coding expertise
