Merck is seeking an experienced professional to ensure performance and compliance for clinical research contracts and budgets across assigned country operations. You will negotiate site agreements, monitor budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.

The role requires strong negotiation, regulatory knowledge, and ability to influence investigators and partners while maintaining GCP standards. Remote work options are available in the US.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years negotiating contracts or budgets.
• JD degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and execute site agreements and budgets including CTAs, MCTRA, CDAs, MCDA, IRAG, MFS, FUA, etc.
• Maintain database and files for contracts, approvals, and budgets with standardized naming.
• Coordinate with CRM/CTC/CRA/COM-R to deliver Site Ready Deliverables and manage risks.
• Lead relationships with investigational sites and Site Management Organizations.
• Develop local SOPs and review Site Access/EMR forms as required.
