Job summary

Merck seeks an experienced professional to ensure performance and compliance for assigned protocols under ICH/GCP and country regulations. You will prepare, analyze, negotiate, and revise Clinical Research related contracts and budgets through all phases of the contract cycle, coordinating with CRM, CTC, CRA, and COM-R to mitigate risks and meet timelines.

Responsibilities include site agreements, AQUA budgets, SOP development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience negotiating contracts or budgets.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and execute required site agreements and associated budgets including CT RAs, MCTRA, CDAs, MCDA, IRAG, MFS, FUA, reimbursement letters, amendments and assignments.
• Maintain database and files for contracts, approvals, and budgets with uniform naming conventions.
• Lead site relationships and collaborate with CRM, CTC, CRA, COM-R to deliver Site Ready Deliverables and mitigate risks.
