Devoted Medical is hiring a Clinical Associate to support our virtual-first medical practice. You will play a key role in coordinating care across PCPs, specialists, and members, handling orders, referrals, and communications to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have MA certification (or equivalent), 2+ years of patient-facing healthcare experience, and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems. Remote-friendly position with potential weekend hours and overtime as needed.

Competenze

• MA Certification required or highly preferred; expired certifications acceptable.
• Two years of patient-facing healthcare experience, preferably in virtual care or telehealth.
• Experience using EHR/EMR systems (Epic, AthenaHealth, eClinicalWorks, Cerner) for documentation and order tracking.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation compliance.

Mansioni

• Coordinate Start of Care dates with home health agencies and track DME requests.
• Manage lab and diagnostic imaging orders, and ensure timely clinician review.
• Oversee inbound/outbound referral workflows and obtain required records or authorizations.
• Assist with prescription refill requests and medication clarification under provider guidance.
• Coordinate with providers on medical record collection and appointment setup.
