Job summary

Devoted Health seeks a Clinical Associate to support our Devoted Medical teams with high-touch telehealth visits, onboarding, and care coordination for members. You will manage orders, referrals, and lab/imaging workflows under licensed supervision, without clinical decision-making.

Required MA Certification and at least 2 years of patient-facing healthcare experience, with strong experience in EHR systems, HIPAA, and Spanish-English communication.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of patient-facing healthcare experience, with strong preference for virtual care, outpatient ambulatory clinics, or telehealth settings.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems for clinical documentation and order tracking.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations, patient privacy standards, and clinical documentation compliance.
• English/Spanish fully bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Care Coordination: coordinate SOC dates, DME requests, and other orders; track authorizations.
• Coordinate member lab and diagnostic imaging orders and ensure timely clinician review.
• Manage inbound/outbound referral workflows and obtain necessary records.
• Assist with prescription refill requests and adverse event escalation.
• Coordinate with Devoted Medical teams on medical record collection and appointment setup.
