Job summary

Devoted is seeking a Clinical Associate for its remote-based palliative care team. You will support telehealth visits, onboard members, and help navigate care pathways across PCPs, specialists, and home health ecosystems.

The role emphasizes high-touch, empathetic member advocacy while coordinating orders, referrals, and communications. Two years of patient-facing healthcare experience and familiarity with EHR systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of patient-facing healthcare experience, virtual care experience preferred.
• MA certification preferred; expired certification acceptable.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems for documentation and order tracking.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across PCP and specialty networks and coordinate DME, labs, and imaging orders.
• Manage inbound/outbound referrals and ensure clinical records/authorizations.
• Assist with prescription refill requests and medication clarification routing under supervision.
• Coordinate with Devoted Medical providers on medical record collection and appointment setup.
• Provide clear, compassionate member guidance and help navigate the healthcare system.
