AnewHealth seeks an Application Support Engineer for Clinical Applications to maintain and troubleshoot critical healthcare software remotely. You will triage incidents, manage user access, and coordinate with development and operations to minimize interruptions and improve workflows.

Candidates should have 5+ years in healthcare IT support, experience with EMRs/EHRs, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-based help desk or support environment required.
• Proficiency with healthcare software, terminologies, EMRs or EHRs.
• Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop-like support to end-users for supported applications.
• Analyze and triage issues; create and manage user accounts and access changes.
• Escalate issues to development or technical operations per incident protocols and communicate outages.
• Monitor and maintain applications to avoid outages and productivity issues.
• Document issues and troubleshooting steps for escalation and audits.
• Attend meetings to bridge support and development objectives.
• Contribute to system standards, policies, and procedures.
