Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking an Application Support Liaison for PACE and Automated Prescription Kiosks to connect business, engineering, and support teams. You will translate needs into technical requirements, manage SLAs, and drive continuous service improvement while ensuring smooth incident resolution.

This remote, full-time role requires healthcare IT experience, PACE familiarity, and strong communication skills to align applications with customer priorities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT application support or systems analysis.
• 1-2 years directly supporting a PACE organization or working with PACE EHR software.
• Proficiency with healthcare software and terminologies.

Responsibilities

• Bridge user, business and IT; serve as primary contact between business units and support teams.
• Manage service delivery to meet user expectations and SLAs; coordinate incident escalation.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders during outages; monitor ticket trends.
• Conduct onsite visits to assess system performance and user satisfaction.
• Drive process automation and support major deployments.
